This is the first Blu-ray player I purchased and I'm very impressed. It was very easy to install & setup. I plan on purchasing another one soon for our bedroom and as a Christmas gift for my mom!
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight, easy to setup
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this player looking for an option to replace smart tv that burnt out, made the wrong choice! Only thing this player is good for is movies. Every time I try and watch netflix it stops and buffers every 5 minutes which ends up with me frustrated and turning it off.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Solid performance

This Blue Ray although not feature heavy has solid performance and provides a nice picture. The sensors used to control the unit are the only areas where they could improve. However it does a superb job of working with my Samsung smart tv as well as providing a great picture.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive
Cons: control sensors not great
I would recommend this to a friend!

We had several years blue ray disk, and finally can watch.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight

Best bang for the buck I saw at HH Gregg for Black Friday. Setup is quick and easy. It wouldn't read DVDs out of the box until I updated the firmware, which only took a few minutes. Great load time and sleak design you expect from Samsung.

No sound

This player seems to encode the main feature sound in a format that cannot be played on our TV. The trailers, menus and bonus features play sound properly, but the main feature is worthless.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Did not meet expectations, improper sound encoding

I like it. very easy to operate and simple. I wish it has two HDMI but can't have it all.
