Pretty Bad

A few months after purchasing this product (new) from Best Buy, the disc tray got stuck with a brand new blu-ray still in it. I had to send it to Samsung to get fixed. After that, the device would make a suspicious amount of noise while playing blu-rays as if it was trying harder to read the disc and DVD's couldn't be read. Now after a little over 2 years, the device won't connect to my wifi even though my signal strength is always "very good". I've chatted with and spoke to tech support on several different occasions, but there has not been a permanent solution. Maybe I got a lemon, but I'm very disappointed in the quality of this product.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Slow menu. Netflix app never remembers my account information, have to log in each time, really annoying. Plays music CDs fine. And plays DVDs fine. But I want to use more for Netflix but it's almost useless for that. Sometimes the menu gets stuck and It won't respond to any buttons from the remote not even power off, I have to unplug the machine and plug back in, but even for that it is annoying because you can't unplug the power cable from the box, instead I have to get behind furniture and unplug from the wall. I feel like throwing this piece of junk out the window sometimes.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
