Not safe for whites or colors.

I have used this product and loved it until it started putting dye marks on my favorite whites and colors. It's spots them up and it looks like the detergent dye color blue.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When I tried Pyrex long ago, I loved it. It gets the stains out and my clothes smell wonderful

I really do like this detergent, but the cap is a problem in that I cannot tell how much liquid I have put into the cap, or how much I should put in the cap. You really need to change the cap to a different color ( leave the bottle Purex Blue, but figure a way the we, the consumer, can see what we are doing with measuring the detergent. Thank You

Pyrex 4 and 1 why is it in the shelves. Bring back the old one

I have used Pyrex for 20+ years have never had issues with it until I bought the four and one detergent. It gave me a really bad allergic reaction on my skin. I had to get on steroids and meds. It took about two months for it to be completely healed. I was afraid to use anything on my skin. I went to several stores to see if they had the regular Purex detergent could not find it. Ended by purchasing the PX hypoallergenic detergent. I’m adding photos so you can see how bad my skin was

This is a great product. Does what it says it will do!!! ONE EXCEPTION - THE CAP TO THE PUREX CONTAINER IS VERY INADEQUATE WHEN IT COMES TO MEASURING. PLEASE MAKE A CAP OR MARK A CAP THAT THE USER CAN "SEE". HAVING IDENTIFYING LETTERS OR NUMBERS AT THE BOTTOM OF A CAP IS PRACTICALLY USELESS. THE BOTTLE SAYS USE NUMBER "SO & SO" YET INSTEAD, I HAVE FOUND THERE ARE LETTERS, I.E., A-B-C THROUGH F. I MAY CONCLUDE NUMBERS "SO & SO" ARE MEANT TO BE A-B-C, ETC. WOULD YOU PLEASE BE PRACTICALLY THE FIRST COMPANY TO MAKE THIS SIMPLE, BUT OH SO NECESSARY CHANGE. GIVE US A CAP THAT YOU CAN READ AND SEE CLEARLY WITH MARKINGS IN A DIFFERENT COLOR THAN THE CAP ITSELF. EITHER WRITTEN ON THE INSIDE OR OUTSIDE OF THE CAP. MANY OF US , YOUNG OR OLD WOULD LIKE AND APPRECIATE, PLUS CONTINUE TO USE YOUR PRODUCT FIRST. It is a really good product, but give us a cap that we can "see" quickly and a container instruction that tells us which identifying measure is "best to use". Respectfully submitted.

I love the smell and how well it cleans my laundry... but me and my child are having reactions to it... She has ezema and I am not allergic to many things but this I am and there is one ingredient in it that literally causes allergic reactions... "Methylisothiazolinone is a widely-used preservative; has been associated with allergic reactions"

I have used every brand of laundry detergent on the market. I have used each individual brand long enough to get a good idea how they work. As far as versatility goes, Purex is the best. Serious stains need pretreatment but i have found this to be true of all brands. I also line dry my laundry. We live near a highway and train tracks. Needless to say, the clothes don't always smell as fresh as yuou would think, but they di with Purex. It's the only detergent that has left my clothes smelling nice off the line no matter how much dust gets kicked up. Considering it's cost, this is my new regular detergent. Definitely recommend you try it.
