Perfect product for our needs

We are trying to move to a retirement community to be closer to our new grandchild and daughter and son-in-law. My wife has been hoarding old papers for 30 years. This shredder is perfect for getting rid of 30 years of paper. It is efficient and quiet and has never jammed. Overheated once and 15 minutes later it began working great again
Pros: Jam Resistance, Mess Reduction, Quality Construction, Quiet Operation, Safety Features, Secure Cut Size, Service Guarantee, Sheet Capacity, Shreds Credit Cards, Staples and CDs, Warranty, fis on a shelf but still has large capacity

It sounds like you are definitely putting your new 60Mc to the test! This particular machines is designed to run 7 min at a time before a 15 minute cool down period is recommended to maintain optimal shredding. Thank you for choosing Fellowes!

Good for small office needs

I recently purchased the Fellowes Microshred 60MC for my home office. This is the second Fellowes shredder I've chosen for my accounting firm practice. The size is perfect - it fits under my desk for easy access. The Microshred 60MC comes with casters that were easy to install and make it easy to move around the office. I've never had problems with paper jams. The price was quite reasonable and a good investment for my business needs.
Pros: Jam Resistance, Mess Reduction, Quiet Operation, Safety Features, Secure Cut Size, size
Cons: can overheat
