My son sent me the soap bottle all the way here to Guatemala, Central America and I was so excited when I got it. I loved it. He also send me refill big bottle but when I tried to open to fill it back up, it didn’t work. The trigger doesn’t work anymore. I am so sad and disappointed I kind of knew this was going to happen it drips the liquid now and I was so happy with it.

Only good thing was the spray

I bought this a few months back after seeing the ad. I actually bought a couple since I found the spray cool. However it was not the same as actual Dawn. I have to soap greasy plastic containers 3-4 times just to get it clean. Plus the smell isn’t as great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The smell alone is incredible!

I have a dishwasher and typically “wash” my dishes before they go into the dishwasher. Not only does this product wash your dishes well, you can use it on kitchen counter surfaces. I noticed not having to scrub as much as I typically do. And the smell? To die for. The smell of this product is probably my favorite thing. I I wish I could bottle it up and spray it around the room. I love this new product. I only face four stars bc I can’t buy the scent anywhere else.

Cuts grease

I absolutely love all Dawn products and this does not disappoint. However the fresh scent smells like perfume. I’ll have to try the Apple scent but really would love this without any scent.

Useless

I want my DIRECT FOAM back. The Powerwash is useless. It does not do what it's advertised to do. I still have to scrub greasy stuck-on food. The spray head is very narrow so that it takes quite a bit of the product for any kind of coverage. And the bottle is very heavy and awkward to use. Anyone without a strong grip is going to be apt to drop it. The DIRECT FOAM only took one squirt to clean a sink full of dishes; it cleaned better and easier; and never had to be picked up.

As well, a lot of thought goes into the design of our products, and the spray is intended to provide effortless coverage of large dishes or on multiple dishes at once. We do heavily rely on feedback such as this, so please be assured that we'll be passing your thoughts along to the rest of our team. To achieve best results, be sure to scrape all chunks of food and grease from the cookware before applying the spray. Also, make sure to only add water during rinsing. If water is added earlier, it'll dilute the cleaning power of the product. If you're washing heavily soiled dishes, we suggest letting the spray foam suds sit for 3-4 minutes, then wipe and rinse. Hard to use

I like this product, but the container is very hard to use if you have arthritis in your hands. In order to get the spray, you have to squeeze very hard- sometimes I have to use two hands. Secondly, when my fingers are wet they slip off the trigger. I think the trigger is too short. Otherwise, good product.
