Defective sprayer

Bought a bundle that included 2 refills along with the pictured bottle of soap. Like the soap, like it a lot. But before the 1st of the 3 bottles was consumed, the sprayer failed. Instead of the frothy foam being sprayed out, now it is thin stream of liquid soap. After dealing with their support, they offered a $5 coupon, but no new sprayer. This product is no better than the regular Dawn without the sprayer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry you had that experience. When the Powerwash sprayer stops working there are a couple of things that should be checked. The bottle is not designed to be used in an upside-down position. Try spraying several times into the sink in an upright position. Run warm water over the nozzle for a few minutes to loosen any clogs that may have occurred. And finally check the dip tube. The correct direction for the dip tube is in the same direction of the sprayer and the bottom of it should be in the corner.To change the direction of the dip tube, disconnect the sprayer from the bottle and reconnect it. Great Product

Efficient use of a great product. Saves on water. Cleans great, no need to bleach my sink as often. After the first refill the sprayer stopped working-no replacement or guarantee. Very, nice customer service representative. I am not giving up. I am going to try to find a sprayer to use until they get this resolved. P&G if you are monitoring these posts, please do not abandon this product, just give us a better sprayer.

Many great uses with clean results

"Accidently" tried this product when the regular Dawn was sold out and I'm hooked. It's expensive but you get what you pay for here. Spray your greasy pan, walk away and when you come back you can just pour the grease/dawn mixture right out in the trash. I also love it on greasy stovetops and counters. However, I cannot find refills anywhere. The few stores that even sell refills have had empty shelves for a long time. I would buy a case if I could find refills.

Amazing product

This stuff is amazing on dishes I do a lot of cooking I spray it on my pots and pans I wipe it off and rinse and it truly does do the job. But I also tried it on my fiberglass shower and I could not believe how clean my shower got I sprayed it on waited a minute and wiped it right off it was amazing

My dog's slobber can gunk up a food dish in two days. Dawn power wash didn't even touch it, so I chalked it up to a bad buy.
My husband likes to work with motors and stuff, and always has grease stains on his clothes. I sprayed the stains with the power wash and then put them in the wash. Unbelievable results. Grease stains gone!!! This is now my go to laundry stain pretreat!

I love how this cleans! I use it on dishes, the high chair, stove top, stained clothes with great success. I just wish there was a different/ lighter scent, this one can give me a headache. I would use it even more if I knew I wouldn't have the resulting headache after just a few minutes.

OMG! I LOVE THIS STUFF! But, I think you need to market it to seniors: we don't have a bunch of dishes... it’s hard to stand at the sink... budgets don't allow of high use of utilities and the jar seems to last forever!! The marketing you are doing now is things we expect from a dish soap not selling points, what I didn't expect was the fact that, at my age, dishes can be done nightly and easily without worry ... I gotta tell you I think it does a better job than soaking my dishes in the sink!

Amazing Product

I work on cars and my hands get greasy and very dirty. I have tried all kinds of hand cleaners and never found anything that really worked well until now. I tried Dawn Powerwash and was shocked at how well it worked. My hands were actually clean. This stuff works better and is much safer than gasoline. Once you try it I'm sure you'll agree.
