Bad bottle design

Bought this to try after using Dawn for years. The trigger sucks air and collapsed the bottle. Can’t recommend.

We're very sorry to hear you've had trouble with your Powerwash Spray, but we're here to help! If you notice that your bottle is caving in, try fully squeezing the trigger a few times into the sink, making sure the trigger is fully depressed. This should allow your bottle to return to its normal state! If that doesn't work, however, remove the sprayer from the bottle and reconnecting, making sure that the dip tube (the little tube inside) is facing the same direction as the sprayer and in the corner of the bottle when you reconnect the sprayer. In order to prevent the bottle from caving in in the future, make sure you're fully squeezing the trigger each time you use your PowerWash. We also want to make sure that your trigger is working properly so that you can keep getting the sparkling clean dishes you deserve, so our team would like to learn a bit more about your experience. What is it with fragrance use in cleaning products

This and the whole line of Powerwash are worthless, scented trash for lazy people who must stink!

Hideous smell

We don't really use products like this in our house, but a well-meaning acquaintance gifted a bottle to my 17-y-o daughter because she said it was an incredible product. Sadly, it didn't get my daughter to do dishes and it didn't wow me either. The smell is the main thing ("apple" scent). It makes the kitchen smell like a cocktail made of cheap tequila and Halloween candy. And frankly it doesn't seem to work any miracles. Just works the same as my regular environment-friendly product. Now I'm looking for a random 17-y-o to gift the rest of the bottle to...

For best results, try the following tips:
* Upside-down use: The bottle is not designed to be used in an upside-down position. Ask the consumer to spray several times into the sink in an upright position.
* Clogging: Run warm water over the nozzle for a few minutes to loosen any clogs that may have occurred.
* Dip tube: If this happens when the bottle is almost empty, it could be that the dip tube doesn’t reach the solution or is facing in the wrong direction. The correct direction for the dip tube is in the same direction as the sprayer, and the bottom of it should be in the corner. To change the direction of the dip tube, disconnect the sprayer from the bottle and reconnect it.

This is the worst Dawn product I’ve ever used. I bought into the commercial and picked this up at a wholesaler. This absolutely does not dissolve particles, it smells horrid and I’ve had it for about two weeks and 2/3 of the bottle is gone because I have to constantly keep spraying. I am not one to go online and lambast anything because everything is not always a winner and people try hard to bring new things to market-but this, is epically bad!

It may help to give the foam a moment to work on breaking down any grease and grime on your dishes. Spray, then pause for a few minutes. Apple Scent if awful

I bought this because I use regular Dawn; did not notice the Apple Scent and I would have not purchased if I saw this; was too excited that it was the "power wash" (my oversight). When I sprayed and smelled apples, I was disappointed. Apples are for eating and not for cleaning... maybe this is okay for some.. not for me. When I wash my dishes I need a scent that I am thoroughly cleaning and not thinking about food.

Most useless 2020 new product

This spray does little to cut thru tough baked on product in pans or Baking dish , today a fried egg pan wears sprayed and waited and really nothing
I’ve tried it on Lasgna pan and Shepard pie deep dish pan and equally non effective
The tv commercials are a fraud and most of the reviews are junk ! Or a lot of people are using this to ptewash wine and water glasses . Certainly after using it , I put all dishes into my dishwasher to really clean and remove that power wash soap film
It’s just taking up another shelf in grocery stores .

Useless foam.

This is my third bottle of platinum Dawn Powerwash. This is my second dissatisfied review to you regarding this product. The first complaint was regarding refilling the power wash bottle with refill product. It didn’t foam. Now I bought a regular power wash bottle n it seems the contents is only foam without any active washing ingredients!! I spray it on the sponge or directly and it has no cleaning power at all!! The foam dissolves leaving no dawn power behind!! It’s a farce. We are being misled to believe commercials that are misrepresenting this product. You can fool some of the people sometime, but you can’t keep fooling us forever!! Tried submitting a video as proof,
but could not!!
