Maybe the most uncomfortable product I've ever use

Maybe the most uncomfortable product I've ever used. Trying to hold the bottle and use the spray trigger is difficult and uncomfortable.

Great idea, lousy product

I like the concept of the dawn power wash, but as I see here now many people are having the same problem I’m having with the sprayed not working correctly. If it doesn’t spray, some times I can get it to spray if I loosen the sprayer. Frustrating most of the time.

Our Quality Team assures us that all bottles and sprayers are reviewed before they’re shipped to your local stores, so all should work perfectly. It sounds like your nozzle may be partially locked. Check that the two yellow half-circles, on the top of the sprayer and nozzle, are correctly aligned to form a full yellow circle. Once that’s done, give the trigger a full pull, slow and steady, all the way back to the bottle. You should see a semi-continuous spray of foamy soap leave the nozzle. Tried to refill & sprayer no longer works! Like product but refill process really doesn't work reusing sprayer?

Thanks, Joe, for picking up a Dawn Platinum Powerwash Dish Spray Refill, and using your previously purchased sprayer to dispense the product. We're sorry to learn that your sprayer's not working now. It might help to know that our Quality Team shares that each sprayer should last around 5 bottles. After 4-6 bottles, it's not unusual for the sprayer to need to be replaced. When you move the sprayer to a new refill bottle, be sure that the dip tube’s facing the same direction as the nozzle. Note that the tube bends. The bottom of it should be facing the same way as the nozzle. Speaking of the nozzle, check that it’s not clogged. If it is, run warm water over the nozzle for a few minutes to loosen any clogs that may have occurred. Let us know if this helps, by calling us any Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM, EST. Awful Changes

You've changed the formula and scent!!! I have been a HUGE fan of this product. Literally used it on everything from the kitchen (loved how easily it cleaned the stainless steel refrigerator and sink!,) to laundry, and removing stains on rugs, furniture, shoes, and clothing. It was a product I recommended to family and friends..until you made these changes. This "updated" product does not do a good job, even with several applications, and the scent is overwhelmingly awful! The scent is literally an assault on my nose! Will be returning the 6 bottles I bought.

Nothing special and it smells bad!

Was excited to try- love my regular Dawn dish soap. This is nothing special other than you can spray it. And the smell is horrible! Why such a strong smell for something you use on dishes?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Why is this a thing? What? Where the margins on the regular soap not large enough, so you watered it down and stuck it in a spray bottle?
Besides, your regular dish soap works plenty well enough already. Why engineer a whole new product and manufacturing chain instead of bumping the price/making the bottle smaller? I don't know.

This product is truly amazing. If I had more stamina it would probably remove all of the super baked on grease in my air fryer. As it is, the rest of the pieces were as advertised, spray, wipe, rinse. Easy peasy. Good going.

Dawn Powerwash is a lifesaver when you don’t have the time or just don’t want to do the dishes right away! I just spray and wash later. I also love the easy squeeze products. Just wondering if an antibacterial formula for the power spray might be available soon? Also, more available scents for the antibacterial formulas? Love Dawn products and pretty much use them everyday for a lot more than dishes!
I would recommend this to a friend!
