Messy and worthless

Bought this because I absolutely love Dawn! This was a waste of money...doesn’t work, even if I spray and wait a few minutes before wiping. Also has a repulsive, somewhat fishy, smell...odor
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our Dawn Platinum Powerwash Dish Spray is designed to provide rapid cleaning on even the toughest greasy messes, so we'd expect you to enjoy an easy yet effective clean. For best results, make sure to only add water during rinsing. If water is added earlier, it'll dilute the cleaning power of the product. If you're washing heavily soiled dishes, we suggest letting the spray foam suds sit for 3-4 minutes before wiping and rinsing. While this product isn't meant to have an off-odor, it may smell differently than intended when mixed with certain foods. We cook a lot with cheese, and I think it should be in the small print that this stuff absolutely does not work on that. Especially burnt on cheese. I'm so disappointed and won't be buying this again!

Staple Household Product

My Dad, who hates washing dishes, put me on to Dawn Powerwash. Went home for the holidays a couple years ago and now this is one of my favorite household items. I have no clue why all the negative reviews— I feel like those people are ones who don’t wash or rinse their dishes right away and let food stick on there for days. I love the fact that it’s more of a diluted mix than the concentrated drip version. People have no idea how much dish soap they waste because you only really need a drop or 2.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can't breathe!!

This spray literally causes me to be unable to breathe, despite not being allergic to any of its components. The mist released by spraying is far too fine and gets in your lungs. Unless you want cleaning chemicals in your lungs, I'd stick to the regular old liquid dish solution.

Gain scent

I just wanted to say that Dawn platinum ultra powerwash is a great product. I have been using it since it was introduced and never had a complaint. albeit until now. When purchasing a new bottle the only scent available was Gain. The Gain scent to me is overpowering unlike the other scents, my wife also noticed the strong scent and said it did smell like laundry soap not a dish cleaning scent and rather than use it I poured the contents down the drain rather than continuing to use. I know the simple solution is to purchase another scent which I have and continue to do so. Just my opinion for what it is worth.

Did what rust and lime scale remover could not

Afters of trying every rust and limescale, and bleach remover known to man, I've finally was able to remove the stains in my tub that have been there since I bought my house. Sprayed it on, waited a few minutes, and scrubbed. Highly recommend dawn powerwash.
