People w/ Fragrance Allergies don't use it!

This product misuses the FREE AND CLEAR term which has normally brought comfort and ease to those shopping with fragrance and/or dye allergies. Dawn has sneakily put the label on a WHITE bottle [which usually means Free and Clear] and in tiny letters mentions the pear scent. Not even a large picture of a pear to give a clue from a distance!
This is not only confusing to customers, but stores as well. I used filters and this product was listed under unscented! You can't blame them. Free and Clear was put there for those with allergies [which the bigger one is fragrances]. This labeling protects customers and prevents liability for a company. Misusing this labeling system and taking advantage of loopholes in said labeling system is also exclusionary. Why didn't you make a version of this product for those with fragrance allergies?
I was so excited when I saw it, because I have a severe autoimmune disease which also causes lots of pain. So, I was hopeful this product would make washing dishes less painful. What I didn't expect when the delivery box got opened was to smell a chemical pear tree! At first, we didn't know which product was in there that could be the culprit since all were supposed to be safe for me. As it turned out, a leaking bottle of Dawn Platinum 1/2 Free and 1/2 Clear was the cause. I had a severe allergic reaction Even light scents are a nightmare to a person with fragrance allergies. Pour a lot of poison or add just a dash....either way you added poison to someone's system.
Over 10 million Americans suffer from Autoimmune diseases and over 23 Million are Immunocompromised and these numbers are fast on the rise. It is very common for those with such conditions to have allergic responses. Fragrance allergies have been a growing issue; hence the Free and Clear labeling system was born.
Dawn cares a lot about wild life. Why would you not care enough about your paying customers to be up front, inclusive and honest? Why not make a third bottle in a prettier pear green shade with the light pear scent? Then you have a safe, liability-free win-win-win :)

Good soap but no large refill option

I really love this soap but I wish they sold a large refill bottle (such as 32+ ounces) to pour into your bottle you already have instead of purchasing more 16 oz refill containers, lets try less waste please !

Just Doesn't Cut the Grease

I wanted to love this product. I love that it is a spray. But has disappointed me more than any other P&G product. The spray bottle is a gimmick to me, the contents are simply not as good as straight old dawn. The price was so much higher than previous products, I expected great performance. Sorry P&G, this is a fail. It just doesn't clean well and you have to use a lot of it to get it to work. Love the spray, but I'm going back to the old reliable product.

scent too strong

The product works well but the apple scent and fresh scent are too strong. Looking forward to trying the citrus. An unscented option would be ideal

Not worth the hype!

A few weeks ago we purchased the ' new and wonderful ' Dawn Platinum Powerwash. with the 2 refills. As a household that uses your original blue Dawn for just about everything, we gave it a try. To start with the sprayer is nearly impossible to squeeze with one hand, and yes, the spray nozzle is in the right position. After much fuss the spray finally pumped some spray splatters but it appeared to do little. Certainly not the spray-wipe-rinse you claim. You left the SCRAPE AND SCRUB part out!
The new Powerwash was used several times and it worked each time with poor results. It was used on several different common cooking clean ups, and it's performance was discouraging The performance was less than stellar and no better than the conventional Dawn.. I am surprised this dud of a product could generate any hype since it's results were nothing to be excited about. Maybe, we have the wrong type of soil for it to clean!
So now we are left with a half bottle and a sprayer that now pumps easily, but does not spray, and the two unopened refills. So as to not have a total loss, I'll just dump some in a bucket and wash the cars since it has no real use in our kitchen.

We’d expect you to enjoy sparkling results with our Dawn Platinum Powerwash Dish Spray, since it’s specially formulated to provide rapid cleaning on even the toughest greasy messes. For best results, make sure to scrape the excess food from your dirty dishes first. As well, only add water during rinsing. If water is added earlier, it’ll dilute the cleaning power of the product. If you’re washing heavily soiled dishes, we suggest letting the spray suds sit for about 3-4 minutes before wiping and rinsing. We’d like to mention that, prior to the first use, the bottle may need 3-5 full trigger pulls to begin spraying. To get this product back to spraying as it should, run warm water over the nozzle for a few minutes to loosen any clogs that may have occurred. Also, check to see that the dip tube is facing the right way, which would be in the same direction of the sprayer, with the bottom of it in the corner. To change the direction of the dip tube, disconnect the sprayer from the bottle and reconnect it. We hope this helps. This product hasn’t been tested for alternative uses, so we can’t recommend using it on your cars. Strong chemical smell in new bottle!?

The first bottle of Dawn Free & Clear Powerwash worked great to clean my air fryer basket, made clean up quick and easy and even cleaned some old burnt on residue. However, the new bottle I just purchased has a terrible chemical smell that makes my eyes and throat hurt. I'm unable to use it. I'm buying a new on to see if it was just a bad batch. I hope not otherwise I'm done.

It has been effective and does what it is supposed to do.
I had trouble with the lid, too. It is a screw top. Shocking. I tried the suggestions from others first, then called the 800#
