Finally was able to get the cap off the refill

I also had a terrible time getting the darn cap off the refill but on the back side of the white cap there was an arrow pointing downward. Wasn’t super helpful until I took a fork under the arrow and lifted up and that sucker popped right off. I can’t believe how many replies from the dawn team that seemed to miss the point of the bad reviews. They kept referring to the spray bottle and not the refill?? Anyway the fork trick worked for me so maybe give it a try because this is a great product!!

Free and Clear is NOT Free and Clear

If you are sensitive to chemical scents stay away from free & clear that isn't free & clear. Attempt to fool the buyer that this is a good product for people with allergies and sensitivities. IT HAS A PEAR SCENT but to find that out, you have to read the small lettering under the branded "FREE & CLEAR" moniker that isn't free & clear. Don't be fooled. It's also not a "light pear scent." Like any chemically infused cleaner it's taking me hours to rid the house of the smell.

NOT FREE & CLEAR!!! also doesn't work as hyped

BEWARE this product is NOT truly free and clear. Read the very small print on the label! It's only dye free. The smell is "throat catching"! I will be returning it b/c it doesn't work well enough to put up with the side effects.

PLEASE make 'Free and Clear' Fragrance Free!

This is an amazing product. I would be a life long customer if it weren't for the smell. I feel that most people looking for a free and clear product are hoping for one free of dyes and fragrance among other things. Please make this fragrance free!!

Trigger spray a challenge....

The product is awesome, but for someone with hand strength issues, it’s difficult to use the sprayer, especially with already soapy,slippery hands. I put the product in an empty Windex sprayer, problem solved!!!! This is ALMOST as good as my beloved, discontinued,Dawn Platinum Power Clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

NOT FREE AND CLEAR

I was so excited that I saw this new product now came in “free and clear” to avoid unnecessary dies in fragrance which I have now become allergic to both because of the toxic environment this world has become. I have MCAS and this products fragrance really makes me flare. It’s good to get dishes cleaned but the fragrance is NOT NECESSARY! Please just STOP. If you’re going to label something free and clear please remove not just the dye but the fragrance. More and more people are becoming allergic to this toxic stuff. Please do better Dawn.

i was excited when i saw there was a free and clear version of this product, assuming it was fragrance free, because that’s what free and clear means but it is not. super disappointing and misleading. do better. call it due free or remove the fragrance.

Good on dishes, just don’t breathe while using.

I loved the product until I realized it was causing the irritation and rash in my nose. A bit of research indicates that it is a mucous membrane irritant. Others have experienced the same issue. I stopped using immediately.
