Not what it's cracked up to be

I bought this over a year ago. Hardly use it. Smells too powerful. And it hasn't gotten grease off any of my pots, pans or corningware.
It was a waste of money, but I still keep trying til it's all gone. Not buying it again.

For heavily soiled dishes, we suggest that you let the spray foam suds sit for 3-4 minutes, then wipe & rinse. Favorite pan is saved!

Thought I had a ruined pan and Dawn spray saved it. Burnt butter and brown sugar. It was smoking as I set the pan outside to cool. Thought for sure it would never all come out. But it did! Thank you Dawn!

Completely useless - completely. The spray bottle I purchased doesn’t do a darn thing. It sprays only an extremely fine mist that has about maybe 2% soap mixture. It seems like only water is sprayed onto the dishes and all you see on the dish you are trying to wash is water marks and an extremely strong smell of the citrus scent.

Don't believe the hype

I bought into and believed the commercial. I am beyond disappointed. It does not clean as advertised - there is NO such thing as spray and in one swipe, its clean. No such thing. The spray leaves a funky smell in the air. I did try to see if it was something I was doing wrong. Nope. I am at a loss as to what to do with the other two bottles.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pump doesn’t work on new bottle

Have used this product several times without incident. I have to prime the newest bottle 20-30 times before it barely comes out. Very disappointed.

Smells terrible!

Just opened a new bottle of Powerwash and it smells terrible like some sort of chemical. What happened, as it used to have a fresh scent. If that continues I will stop buying it!

Works well, Lemon smells good…but…

The good: The product works very well on dishes, counters and spot treating clothes. It requires a rinse or follow with a damp cloth so it’s not spray and wipe. Loosens stuck on food very quickly. Lemon scent smells good, like Dawn and Lemon Joy had a baby. The bad: Fresh scent just smells awful. Should be replaced with original scent. Haven’t smelled apple but probably won’t try it. Free and Clear is clear but scented with a pear scent. Smells ok but why not make an unscented hypoallergenic product if you’re going to call it “Free and Clear.”
