Nice but too perfumey

Nice idea and easy to spread around with less water. But highly scented which is not necessary for things you eat off of.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the product but refill bottle spray fails

The powerwash dish spray is fantastic! Cleaned a flat iron griddle that was crusted in grease after sitting several months with little effort!! I am rating it one star because the bottle spray mechanism fails most of the time, especially when using refills. Very frustrating as I have to directly pour the powerwash onto to the surface I am cleaning to get the most use of the product. Ends up costing me more $$$$ in the long run. Someone from the company needs to develop a better bottle/spray mechanism.

We suggest running the nozzle under warm water for a few minutes to help loosen any clogs that may have formed. As well, you may want to try squeezing the body of the bottle while pulling the trigger to force out any trapped air. can I get a scentless?

I am impressed (scared, even) or how well this works, but I can only use it on glass or stainless pans because of the overwhelming smell that stays on anything else. Please give us a scentless one.

Mist is a Lung Irritant.

The mist produced is inhaled when you use it. It is a horrible lung irritant.
It does clean everything, but my lungs feel so damaged. It has been 24 hours and my throat and lungs still burn.

Love the convenience!

When installing refill, once the trigger is unlocked, follow Dawn advice below. Pull the trigger several times, then, gently, but firmly, squeeze the refill bottle to force air out of the uptake tube. Once the air is flushed from the tube, It will start working flawlessly. It’s basically like priming a pump.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Free and Clear is scented!

I was so upset to find out that the “free and clear” has a scent. For those of us with skin sensitivities fragrance is usually more irritating than dye so I don’t really care if it’s dye free when it still has fragrance. Please remove fragrance from any items labeled “free and clear”. Otherwise you’re just misrepresenting your product.

Great soap, terrible scents

Please make a scent free that is actually scent free! My tea and coffee cups and travel mugs are left with smell of these soaps and thus affect the taste… and older scents did not do this… please fix!

We wouldn't expect Dawn to impart the product taste into food. However, it is possible if the soap isn't completely rinsed off or if the dishes have become porous. If certain items always pick up a flavor, they're probably worn to the point of being porous and should be washed by hand. It might help to know that cast iron and plastic items can absorb flavors. Fails after Refilling

Once empty - and you refill - it does not work. See video. This has happened 3 times. Thought I may have bought several duds…..but continues to fail.

We're sorry your Dawn Powerwash isn't working after changing the refill. Our products undergo many quality checks to ensure they get to you with the best results, so we don't expect these things to happen. Remove the sprayer from the empty bottle by turning it counterclockwise to release. Then, remove and discard the disposable cap from the refill bottle. Place the sprayer on a full refill bottle and give ¼ turn clockwise to secure. Most importantly, ensure the dip tube and trigger are aligned.
