Almost perfect

Bought a refill and pump. The performance of the cleaner cannot be faulted. Great results EXCEPT for one thing. The fragrance is FAR TOO STRONG and takes FOREVER to dissipate. Why? What was wrong with the original scent in Dawn Liquid? I have used that detergent for years and loved it.

WARNING Ate the enamel off my gas stovetop!

I inherited a gas stove covered in grease and thought Powerwash would help me clean it up but it ate away at the enamel and left them dingy and damaged. I did nothing weird, simply put a couple of burner caps and two of the grills in the sink, sprayed them with Powerwash, and wiped them off with a wet sponge after a couple of minutes. There are no warnings on the bottle or directions for use on varying materials but it seems that there REALLY needs to be. I searched this website for instructions assuming I would find a "not for use on..." statement but I found nothing.

Trigger stopped Working

I bought this a while back and loved it. Used it all. Then changed the refill and the trigger stopped working. Is there anything I can do to make it work again?

We can assure you that our products do go through many quality checks, and we’d be happy to share some tips to get it back to spraying. First, please make sure that the trigger is unlocked. To do this, check to see that the yellow cutouts on the top are lined up. You may need to do 3-5 full trigger pulls to begin spraying. We also suggest squeezing the body of the bottle while pulling the trigger, since this should force out any trapped air. We hope this helps! Great Product!

Just got and used my power wash solution. Love how it foams and stays on the dish and you can watch as it attacks the grease. Although I wouldn't say it was as simple as spray wipe and rinse. Need to apply a liberal amount of solution per dish and for some you still need to scrub. Would be helpful if the bottle and trigger had grips as your hand slips when wet. I will be using this as it is a great pre-treat /washing solution.

I would like to say how much I like this product. First if you have a farm sink no split you will no longer have to fill it with water which is awesome. Second use I have found is great product for taking tea and coffee stains out of cups and those metal water bottles. Just spray in let stand for awhile and take brush to clean then rinse you will see the white suds are not brown. Sorry I did not take photos to show this.

Works well - smells terrible

I bought this on a whim, and I am so glad i did. It works great at cleaning all types of dishes, pots and pans to mugs to glass. Just wish it had a different (or no) scent. I won’t buy again unless there is a different scent available.
