Does not work as advertised

Does not work as advertised. Still have to scrub hard. Very Disappointed. Won't spend that much on it again

For heavily soiled dishes, we suggest that you let the spray foam suds sit for 3-4 minutes, then wipe & rinse. We hope this helps. Needs improvement

The product itself works fine (though the scent is NOT pleasant). However, the trigger of the bottle leaves a lot of room for improvement. The trigger broke (the actual plastic part) making it incredibly difficult to dispense product. I purchased a 3 pack (one full-size with 2 refills) but won’t be able to use to 2 refills unless I purchase another unit. VERY disappointing!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're sorry the sprayer on you Dawn Powerwash has broken. Our products go through many quality checks, and we try our very best to make sure that each one reaches you in perfect condition. When using the sprayer, it's important to first carefully line up the yellow circle at the tips of sprayer, before depressing the trigger. If the yellow circle is off, even a little, it can permanently damage the trigger. Once damaged, the trigger may continue to bend even when lining up the circle. Great Product, Don't like the Fresh Scent Smell

I purchased Dawn Platinum Powerwash Disk Spray from a warehouse store. They only had the Fresh Scent version. I love the way the product works, but I really don't like the scent. I didn't realize until I came to this website that it comes in other scents. After I use this up, I'll have to see if I like another scent better.

Doesn’t work after awhile

I bought this a couple of months ago, the bottle is still half full and the sprayer doesn’t work anymore. Do they quit working after awhile? I have tried everything I know how on this sprayer and it still won’t work. Can you help me with this. I love the Dawn products except this one. It’s so frustrating that it won’t work

Thank you for reaching out to Dawn, and letting us know your spray bottle of Dawn Platinum Powerwash Dish Spray, with Fresh scent, isn't performing as we expect. Your sprayer should be working well; we're wondering if the dip straw may have disconnected from the trigger. Open up the top of the sprayer, and look down inside to see if they're still connected. If not, reach into the bottle to grasp the straw, then reconnect it, making sure that the bottom of the straw is on the same side as the nozzle of the sprayer. This will ensure you'll get to take advantage of every drop of the Dish Spray. If you're still having problems, know we're here and happy to help; call 1 (800) 725-3296, any Monday through Fridays. Not just for dishes

Not just for dishes. I have a bad back and find it hard to clean my bathtub. Sprayed on the Dawn Powerwash, waited 30 mins, sprayed again and rinsed with the showerhead. Had a couple of places that still were not clean, got in the tub wiped with a microfiber cloth and rinsed. Very clean and no chemical smell. Thank you for this great product.

A new use!

We have been using Dawn Power wash for almost a year. Love the product. Works great on dishes, I use it on laundry that has stains other products wouldn’t touch. Just this week I found another awesome use. I came out to my kitchen to get breakfast before work. It was 4am and I noticed a gathering of ants on a small piece of bread from the night before. I grabbed the Power Wash and sprayed them out of frustration. It killed them instantly! Great ant killer that smells good!
