I really love this product. The reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating, the sprayer is not that great. I buy refills when I start to get low on it. By the time I go to refill it, the sprayer doesn't work. I buy the refills and then I end up buying the spray bottle again anyway.
If they could fix the issues with the sprayer, this would be a 5 star product.

Terrible Smell!

I’ve tried all the scents, even free and clear and they all smell terrible and fake! I have migraines and can’t use anything overly scented so this product will never work for me. I’m sorry to have wasted so much money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Getting spray bottle to spray

I bought this recently, and cannot get the bottle to spray. There are no basic instructions

If this is a refill, the trigger may need to be primed a few times before it'll dispense. Be sure the yellow lines are lined up on the top of the trigger as well. Smells Gross and gives me a headache

The Fresh Scent smells disgusting. Smells like old fashioned toxic oven cleaner. And it gives me a headache. With windows open and extractor fan on, I can't bear to use it. Shame, it does clean great!

Can’t open refill bottle

The kid on the refill bottle is impossible to open. There must have been an update to the design because this was not an issue in the past. From reading these reviews, seems like this has been a common problem over the last month or so.

* Remove the sprayer from the empty bottle by turning counterclockwise to release.
* Remove and discard the disposable cap from the refill bottle.
* Place the sprayer on a full refill bottle and give ¼ turn in a clockwise rotation to secure.
* Most important: Ensure the dip tube and trigger are in the same direction.

Don’t like “Fresh Scent”. Sorry.

Great product but the “Fresh Scent” is awful. It’s like some sort of nasty artificial fruit. And the mild pear in the clear version is also vaguely off-putting although mild.
Please replace or add a version with the same scent from the 4X EZ-SQUEEZE “refreshing rain scent”.

Amazing

I am a person who struggles with depression and other health issues, and cleaning is quite hard for me at times, and sometimes I don't clean for weeks, I have arthritis in my hands which makes it hard to do dishes, but this stuff is amazing even with stuck on food, it is a must buy.
I would recommend this to a friend!
