We're sorry a loyal Dawn fan like you is having this experience, since our Dawn Platinum Powerwash Dish Spray is designed to deliver rapid cleaning power. To achieve best results, we suggest making sure you're scraping all chunks of food and grease from cookware before applying the spray. As well, only add water during rinsing. If water is added earlier, it'll dilute the cleaning power of the product. If you're washing heavily soiled dishes, we recommend letting the spray foam suds sit for 3-4 minutes, then wipe and rinse. Is it possible to use the foam refill in this?

I love the new powerwash Dawn, but can rarely find refills. I can occasionally find the refill for the Dawn foam spray. Is it possible to use the foam refill in the powerwash bottle in a pinch?

Expensive for results achieved

I sprayed Powerwash on a moistened glass baking dish used for a pork roast. Even though I let it sit a few minutes, I still had to REALLY scrub to get it clean. The "Fresh Scent" smells more like a chemical smell. Wonder if it's biodegradable. I'll go back to regular Dawn to prewash pots and dishes. Powerwash was not worth the money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Better than sliced bread!

I am a sucker for new products that promise to make life easier and or better. Most of these products are highly disappointing, not Dawn Power spray. Love it, love it. I have reccomended it to my most critical friends, to rave reviews
also. Cleaning a George Forman grill an air fryer, or a broiler pan are no longer a dreaded greasy mess. What more do I need to say other than, it is in my kitchen and in our travel trailer. Don't leave home without it.

I generally use Dawn and backing soda to clean my glass shower door but decided to use the Powerwash.......AMAZING.....SO FAST AND SO CLEAN.
Then used it on vinyl floor where my husband but his muddy snow boots. One swipe and it was entirely clean. Forget the dishes.....this is my new favorite cleaning product.

platinum power wash spray is great

I purchased the power wash platinum spray and loved it so much I saw the 3+ bottle refill and grabbed it. When I refilled it I was UNHAPPY with the refill. It is not as foamy and doesn't smell half as good.

Product is 5 Star but sprayers won't work on refil

I LOVE this product! However I've been unable to get two different sprayers to work on a refill after they've worked fine on original bottle. The yellow arrow is lined up and the handle pumps but nothing comes out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Refills are hard to find

I like the power wash, but refills are difficult to find. I can buy the refills online but is cheaper to just buy a whole new sprayer. Don’t advertise that these are refillable unless you make the refills readily accessible at conventional big box stores. I don’t like buying wasteful sprayers and then throw it away. To clarify, I live in DFW metroplex so it’s not as if I live in a remote location.
