Great Product

I dislike leaving dishes in my dishwasher until I have a full load. I love this product. It is so easy to use and I don’t waste a whole sink full of water. I hope this is a product that is always available.

Faulty sprayer

Used half bottle of power wash, spray stopped.
I took it off, turned it on. Still does not function.
I always use Dawn and thought this spray feature was a good idea.

We're sorry you had that experience. While it is not common, when this happens it is usually because of one of two reasons. Run warm water over the nozzle for a few minutes to loosen any clogs that may have occurred. It could also be that the dip tube doesn’t reach the solution or is facing in the wrong direction. The correct direction for the dip tube is in the same direction of the sprayer and the bottom of it should be in the corner.To change the direction of the dip tube, disconnect the sprayer from the bottle and reconnect it. The best way to wash dishes, almost hands-free

I'll never soak and scrub anything again! Seriously. Spray it on dishes as you prep. Give them a little rub with the sponge and rinse! Use a dish brush and it will keep your precious hands far from even more soap and water. For anything you can't pop in the dishwasher, this is the best. Safe at home means piles of pots and pans; this saves me a little time and energy.

Trigger Problems

There should be instructions on the bottle about the "yellow circle" needing to be lined up perfectly for the trigger to work. When I got my bottle home the trigger wouldn’t work. Once I read a reply from the Dawn Team answering another customers trigger problem I was able to get the trigger working. Yeah!

Product works great, however...

I have used Dawn for years and have always been satisfied with its effectiveness as a multipurpose cleanser, so I was eager to try the new Platinum Powerwash. While the product works as advertised, I found the bottle to be cumbersome and uncomfortable to hold onto, and the spray trigger difficult to operate with one hand, thus negating the convenience I had anticipated. I also am disappointed by the unpleasant fragrance of the Fresh Scent version I purchased. It smells like fish oil.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not as Expected

1st time trying Dawn Powerwash after not finding the Erasing Platinum pump or refill. The Powerwash was a total disappointment. Unlike the Erasing formula it lacks in sudsing and does not remove oil or grease residue as I have come to expect from Dawn products. I think you missed the objective on this one! Bring back the Erasing Platinum pump and refills PLEASE!
