The scent has changed on this product and it is awful and overpowering now. I’ve loved it but will change now and may toss out the new bottle- I’m not even sure I can use it up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please go back to the fresh scent. The new fresh clean smells funny. I love the power wash, though. At least I did with the old scent. Please, please, please go back to the fresh scent power wash. Thx for your consideration.

Time to Find a Less Stinky Washing Liquid.

I've been a long-time user of Power Wash and absolutely loved the original formula and scent. The changes made this year have made the product nearly unusable. My dishes, despite multiple very thorough rinses, still smell of perfume/chemicals. So much though that it interferes with eating.
Dawn Team- I don't much care that your focus groups gave you good feedback on these changes. Please listen to your consumers. I'm not willing to invest in other 'Scents' of your product if you will just change them in the future with no warning. I'll have to find another brand.

We're sorry to hear that a loyal Dawn fan like you has had this experience, since we do have many quality checks in place to ensure that you can use our Dawn Powerwash Dish Spra with ease. As well, a lot of thought goes into creating features that we think you'll like. We'd also like to mention that we wouldn't expect Dawn to impart a scent/taste into your dishes or food. However, if the soap hasn't been completely rinsed off, or the dishes have been worn to the point of being porous, it's possible. We recommend making sure that items that seem to always pick up a flavor aren't soaked, and are rinsed off imediately. We hope this is helpful. Please Bring Back the Old Scent

I bought this a while back. Even though it does break down food and grease quickly, and results in baked on food being cleaned off more easily, I rarely use it because of the smell. It makes everything it touches smell like some kind of household cleaner was used by mistake and not rinsed off well.
Now, to add insult to injury, the old standby Blue Dawn which I have been loyal to for over 45 years, now stinks too.
You've lost a loyal customer. Think about that.

Not good around the kitchen

The spray is too fine and it flies everywhere. Very small particles that you can't see just fly through the air. So if you use this product when someone is cooking the food will taste like dawn.

Misleading.

While the product is sufficient I am thoroughly frustrated the company has been promoting a mission that it is protecting animals when they still do testing on animals. I really don’t appreciate being taken advantage of and think if your ethos is to protect animals that you should probably stop testing on them. You guys did remind me I need to look at companies closer because you guys did an excellent job marketing. I have been misled. Congratulations.

I sprayed this on the drips on my black dishwasher front as well as my black refrigerator and they came out looking brand new! sprayed it on the stainless steel stove front and it's still shining!
I would recommend this to a friend!
