Is the sprayer defective?

Spray bottle stopped working. Will only discharge a thin stream, not a foam. Ran under hot water. Didn't help.
Bought a second sprayer. Same problem.
How do I fix this? Or have purchased several defective bottles?

* Upside-down use: The bottle is not designed to be used in an upside-down position. Try to spray several times into the sink in an upright position.
* Dip tube: If this happens when the bottle is almost empty, it could be that the dip tube doesn’t reach the solution or is facing in the wrong direction. The correct direction for the dip tube is in the same direction as the sprayer, and the bottom of it should be in the corner.
So we can get you back to spraying away those dirty dishes, please call us at (800) 725-3296 when you have a moment.

Great stuff, but not scent free

I do love Dawn Power wash! It's great for all kinds of cleaning and I'm impressed with the how long it lasts! I buy it all the time! My issue is that the "Free & Clear" version of it, is NOT free and clear. It's colorless, great, but it's not scentless, which is why I bought "Free & Clear" in the first place. It has a "light scent of pear".

Use dawn for everything

I clean professionally with dawn. One is a commercial building that is a bar. I use dawn to dust and do windows. Just a little dawn on a damp sparkle paper towel and it works better than Windex. I also mix in a little bit of dawn with pinesol and floors come out like new. Sometime it's hard to find the power wash one. But I clean everything in my house with using dawn in different ways. I will never switch brands.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sprayed the pan twice and nothing

I cooked on stainsteel pan chicken and afterward I sprayed it with powerwash Dawn and waited 10 mins. I tried to brush the grease and chicken bit but it didn't take it off like your commercials.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Needs a better pump sprayer handle

Loke the spray, but not the liquid running all ove

My second one, love the ease of product. BUT when you pump it to spray it also leaves down all over my hand. It also leaked in my groceries bag before I got it home. I want to pick it up and spray my dishes, not have to wash it off my hands or clean up the sides of my counter where it has dripped all over. It's not just a little dripp, it's more like a stream. Afraid to put out that amount of $$ ,for another one that would do the same.

Great cleaning, irritating chemical smell

This stuff works SO SO well! I would consider myself sensitive to smells but not over-the-top sensitive. This stuff makes me sneeze from the instant I start using it until I leave the room. I love how well it cleans. I hate how it makes me feel. I recognize that there has to be stuff in it to make it clean well but it is overpowering.

Awful smell

It has a terrible bad chemical smell that I literally have to hold my breath so I’m not inhaling anything!
