Works really well but smells horrible!

The smell of the “fresh scent” is so strong, just using it on one pan gave me a migraine and made my eyes water. It really worked though. So disappointing they felt the need to add so much perfume. I don’t understand why manufacturers like to add perfume to practically everything these days. Wont even use the rest of the bottle I purchased because of the strong fumes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Power spray nozzle defective

I bought 2 Dawn Power Wash and the spray does not work on either one. It will not spray a foam like the previous one I bought, it just runs down the bottle, it’s thick and make the bottle and my hand all messy. Poor design on the spray nozzle. I made sure the nozzle was lined up per the directions - tried several time and have become frustrated. We have purchased this in the past because my husband likes it but with the poor nozzles design it is just more work for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We can certainly understand your frustration, since a lot of thought goes into the design of our products to ensure that you can use them with ease. As well, our products go through many quality checks so that they reach you in the best possible condition. It sounds like you already took a great step by making sure that the markings were lined up, and we'd be happy to share some tips to help get your Dawn Platinum Powerwash Dish Spray spraying as it should. First, to help stop this leakage, we suggest running the nozzle under warm water for a minute or two. This will also help loosen any clogs that may have formed. Prior to the first use, the bottle may need 3-5 full trigger pulls to begin spraying properly. As well, when you're pulling the trigger, try squeezing the body of the bottle at the same time, as this should force out any trapped air. TikTok made me buy it

Bought this because of TikTok and it does not disappoint!! However, I’ve gotta ask - any chance that you’ll make this maybe in a bulk half gallon/gallon bottle or something and we can refill the bottle we have? I go through it so quickly because I use it for SO much, and I just feel like I’m adding to the recycle waste. Please please do this!!!

Can't Open White Lid on Refill

Not a breaking news as I have seen many with the same issue. Why doesn't P&G understand the white lid on the Powerwash Refill is near impossible to remove? How can you over engineer such a simple thing? I am going to have to walk the streets in my neighborhood and find someone with a death grip. Or, wait - take it back! Ridiculous.

Love the product, refill cap needs work

Impossible to remove the refill cap off the bottle, I bought two refill bottles and one cap unscrewed easily, the other I cannot get off so will be exchanging. There must be something wrong with the manufacturing that is making (judging from the comments) the majority of the refill caps impossible to remove. Some seem to be an easy twist off but others are like glued on or something, I've tried everything!!

Power wash, but need more power to open refill!

Love this Power Dawn product. It takes off the worst dried on grease and food, however there is a caveat: try getting the top of refill lol! You will need a power strength to get it off!!!

Amazing on Tea Stained Pitcher

I'm not normally a person to write a review of a cleaning product, but the Dawn Powerwash Platinum Dish Spray completely wowed me!
I sprayed this on the inside of an expensive refrigerator tea brewing clear plastic pitcher and waited about 2 minutes. I could see the tea stains coming off the plastic while I waited. Using a paper towel, I rubbed off the tea stain, completely staining the paper towel from the tea. Last but not least, the ring of tea stain on the bottom of the pitcher sill needed some work. Another spray, waited about 30 minutes, and it wiped off easily. I was seriously ready to replace this pitcher it looked so bad prior to cleaning it with dawn. Nothing else had worked, even vinegar, and even microfiber eraser pad. My pitcher looks brand new.

Lousy spray function, frustrated

after two weeks of using power wash I love it with one exception, I can’t use it anymore and I still have half a bottle left.
The reason being that the spray will not work!
I took the pump out of the soap container tried to run hot water fill it by putting the pump in a deep glass of water that was very hot didn’t work.
What’s the sense of having a great product if there’s no way to use it, and no way to fix the situation.

Running warm water over the nozzle for a few minutes to loosen any clogs that may have occurred. Also, if you don't already know, the bottle is not designed to be used in an upside-down position.
