LOVE product - it really works! BUT

Love this product - it really works! BUT, the spray pump quit working. I'm afraid to purchase another bottle worried it will do same. If I recommend product I would warn about the spray pump.

We're very sorry you had that experience; it's not something that we expect to happen with our Dawn Powerwash. When it stops spraying there are a couple of things you should check. First, the bottle is not designed to be used in an upside-down position. If you've been doing that, try spraying it upright into the sink a couple of times. If the nozzle is clogged, run warm water over the nozzle for a few minutes to loosen any clogs that may have occurred. If it stops spraying when it is nearly empty, it could be that the dip tube doesn’t reach the solution or is facing in the wrong direction. The correct direction for the dip tube is in the same direction of the sprayer and the bottom of it should be in the corner.To change the direction of the dip tube, disconnect the sprayer from the bottle and reconnect it. Outstanding product.

I like to spray on baked on greasy pans and leave overnight. Makes cleanup easy. You should market this as a glass stove top cleaner. It works great and loosens baked on grease much easier than the cook top cleaners made specifically for glass cook tops.

It does what it claims to do. I just DO NOT LIKE THE SMELL! It would be nice to have a selection of scents to choose from.

super easy to use, and dishes come out squeaky clean. i have arthritis and dont have to worry about handling the dishes and silverware so much. Makes even milk glasses sparkle!

I have (HAD) a very greasy, yucky grill. I sprayed it with Dawn Platinum Power Wash Dish Spray and used a cleaning wipe and it cleaned right up! Some of the worst stuff I sprayed and it sat while I did other parts. When I got to the really bad grease, it just wiped right off. There were spots that hadn't been sprayed and I couldn't get any of the grease to wipe off. I sprayed those spots and the grease just wiped away. Unbelievable!!! This is the first time I wish I'd taken a video for a review!

Handle Malfunction & Hard to spray

Not sure who was testing this new P&G product. I purchased this product - one for myself, and one for my in-laws. I was unable to use the trigger as the plastic is too soft, and the trigger bends upon trying to apply the product on dishes. The trigger is also very hard to squeeze, making this product impossible to use for older customers and those with disabilities. Great concept... just horrible product testing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This certainly doesn’t sound like the quality that we’d expect! Please make sure the yellow circle lines up on top of the trigger. The yellow circle must be lined up exactly in order for the trigger to spray. If the yellow circle is off, even by a little, it can permanently damage the trigger. Once damaged, the trigger may continue to bend even when lining up the circle. We’d love to continue helping with this, so please give us a call at (800) 725-3296.
