I've done a lot of framing and the hardware with this frame is the worst I have ever seen. The frame is over-priced for the quality. I will never get one of these again from here.

Needed an inexpensive nice looking frame for patient information in lobby. Frame fit budget and is very utilitarian. Not flimsy at all.

Exactly What I Was Looking For

I hesitated ordering this product because of its 1 star rating but it is exactly what we needed. We wanted to hang a couple manufacturer's posters in our sales offices. These look so much more professional than pushpins. The "scratches" are on the protective film. Once you peel off the film the surface is clear as can be.

I bought this to put one of my daughter's poster in. One would think the set up would be easy...NO it is not. I was ready to throw the frame! Do not buy.

Waste of money--avoid!

I foolishly disregarded the comments of others here that was my mistake. The first one arrived with damage to the plastic. Staples was gracious and sent another--this one had a bent frame. I can understanding missing damage to the plastic but a bent frame come on that's just a lack of responsibility from the manufacturer/staples or both. After spending the time and effort to pack up the frame for return not once but twice I'm done with it! I'll buy locally rather than have to go through another round of this.
