Love this downdraft!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this downdraft, and had it installed a few weeks ago, and really like it!! It works great, and is so much taller than our last one, so it doesn't such the burner flame out!!

Am very happy with this downdraft. Unit was a little hard to install due to "pop-rivets" sticking out on sides. When installing in granite, you need to allow a little extra for these rivets.

We bought this fan over a year ago, but are just now installing it. (Kitchen remodels can take a long, LONG time) It's working beautifully, but as I said, we just installed it. I'll get back if it screws up - but I'm not expecting it to, as all of our other Kitchenaid products have worked VERY nicely. I have to add that some of the features you ask about below I really can't address at this time. But one thing I do know: it's SO much quieter than our friends' fan. I LOVE that!
