Received this ink cartridge that states for use in HP Officejet Pro 8710. However my printer did not accept this ink cartridge at all. Tried many times since this is an item that is not returnable and I don't like to waste money! I purchased to save money and use ECO recycled. I will stick with the HP manufactured products for my printer from now on.

I'm considering returning my unused cartridges. When I inserted one in my printer it stated that it wouldn't work as well as original HP products.

HP printers will not let you use this ink! When I opened the box of ink there is an insert that says "do not update printer firmware." So I am assuming that any up to date printer this ink will not work as it did not in mine!

Printer recognized the ink level even though it was not HP. That is unusual in a good way for a remanufacture. Would buy again - good price too esp. when compared to HP
