I ordered HP ink. Received Staples brand that was not compatible. Called and was told I would get a replacement. Second order same thing. I will order directly from HP.

Got the full set of these- none of them worked in my HP Officejet Pro printer. Followed the troubleshooting directions but still no luck. Finally called and they sent me a replacement set and guess what? THEY DON'T WORK EITHER! Will take them back to Staples- meanwhile the printer hasn't worked in over a week and I am not a happy camper. Plus the replacement one leaked all over my hands desk and my shirt.
I thought this would work as a substitute..not true. My HP printer stated it was not authentic. I’m not sure if there is a way to change the parameter in the printer but I had to buy another cartridge that was compatible. I’m returning this cartridge.
