Quality stove at a competitive price

We just had our Forno 30 stove delivered just in time for dinner. We love it! It evenly cooked our food and the 5th burner is incredibly helpful! It’s like having a big stove packed in a small one. Can’t wait to test the oven tomorrow!

Beautiful range. Poor function.

So far, I have yet to experience customer service. As such, I am not able to comment on the matter.
I purchased the freestanding 30” Forno Capriasca gas range in stainless. The looks, of course, are fabulous. However, looks are hardly important. I am a real cook and prepare at least three homemade meals a day for my family in addition to pastry and other baked goods. The functionality of the range is bad. The oven doesn’t hold temp, is not even close to accurate as far as what the knob reads and what the temperature of the oven actually is, and nothing comes out of the oven right. Regarding the range top, the burners on their lowest setting are too high for simple tasks such as cooking rice and simmering gravies/sauces. Though I can work with the annoying burners, I cannot work with a faulty oven. I have owned the range for a little over two months and the oven is now not working at all. The broiler will turn on, so all I can think is that there must be an issue with the igniter.
I am hopeful that the Forno team will be able to assist me with my issues.

The gas range was highly anticipated. After having it professionally installed, the french doors don't line up. Tried to call number on enclosed documents that only lead to email options. The emails are rapidly responded with requests for pictures, videos etc. Not very happy at the moment.
