Purchased last year, and problems from the start with the oven turning off both during preheat and baking, and also heating at least 25 degrees lower than the set temperature.

I have attempted to reach the company, many times asking for assistance with the stove
I have not heard back, and the stove runs very high, causing me to burn many meals and wasting lots of time and money

Great range and oven

Did not give 5 stars as I have issue with oven burners going out after they have been lit. I am not sure if this has to do with how the door is closed but I try to take care and close slowly but at times flame still goes out

Unresolved issue with blue enamel coating shards

I am still in the process of working thru my COMPLAINT. I have shards of blue enamel coating on the bottom of my oven, the coating is coming off in multiple spots. The blue enamel coating is defective. I HAVE NOT cleaned the oven, put foil down, or other tray that would cover the bottom. The unit IS LESS THAN a YEAR OLD. It is UNUSABLE. Trying to get resolution/replacement of my unit. Complaint was started 9/22/24. JOAN TAYLOR
