Difficult to load/unload; Unbalanced

I have a 3 cook mode Crispi. Excited to upgrade. This new Pro just feels like an accident waiting to happen. It is not balanced. You really have to thrust the containers into position, but the base isn’t heavy enough to stay in place. So with one hand you have to hold the base and then load the container with one hand. It’s the same when you try to remove the container… except everything is hot. I had to stop and put on baking mittens to load the container mid way to avoid burning myself. Again, I had to hold the base down. I also noticed that sometimes the Pro didn’t register the container was in. I really had to push the container in hard. Just not a great user experience. I do like the light and the controls. It cooked great. I do wish this came in a more neutral palette, dark gray, or stainless steel to match my other appliances. But, that didn’t impact my rating.

The product is fairly quiet, and the functions are simple to use. My family is just my husband and me, so the 2.5 qt size is perfect for us. I will use the 6.5 qt size if we invite our friends come over. I have a Ninja Foodi 8 in 1; but I believed I will put it in the storage now. For the Ninja Crispi station Cyberspace is more convenient and easy to clean. I really like it.

The best air fryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After owning several air fryers, the Ninja Crispi Station Cyberspace AS101CY has completely won me over—even though it’s the priciest one I’ve purchased so far. It heats up lightning fast and cooks incredibly quickly, making weeknight meals effortless. The clear glass container is such a bonus—you can watch your food as it cooks, then bring it straight to the table, and cleanup is unbelievably easy. Grease and oils wipe away without scrubbing, which is a huge upgrade from my previous machines that collected stubborn residue.
The only small drawbacks are that the containers take up a bit of storage space and there isn’t a lot of room for custom temperature settings. But those minor issues don’t come close to outweighing how convenient, efficient, and stylish this air fryer is. It’s quickly become my main way to cook and reheat almost everything, and I couldn’t be happier with it!

Quick and Easy

I like that you can just pop the container in the dishwasher and love that it’s so versatile. Much quicker than the normal oven or even my older version of ninja air fryer! Great purchase.

Great appliance for fast easy dinner (less than 30

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We made 2 things with this Ninja Crispi Pro. I made the miso chicken thighs from NYTimes Cooking and Nestle chocolate chip cookies.
Fyi, the thighs were skinless and boneless so they cook faster than the recipe.
Pros:
- The Ninja Crispi Pro is super fast. I cooked the miso chicken for 40 minutes but I definitely could have done 20-25 minutes. I think the close convection heat just cooks it much faster.
- The miso chicken was delicious. The onions, carrots and potatos were nicely browned and caramelized.
- The cleanup is very easy. The glass pots are dishwasher safe.
- I usually have to wait 15min for the oven to preheat. With this appliance, I don't have to wait at all. It makes cooking dinner super fast.
- The appliance materials are really nice and high quality.

- The plastic handles and foot of the glass pots cannot be removed. I do think this will be hard to keep clean in the long term.
