So far is working as described, i have dropped a couple of times and indeed is protecting it. My only issue is that the usb-c cover sometimes is hard to open it, maybe it needs that cover a bit larger.

Goated phone case

Bought around 3 months ago and won’t ever change cases. I am a photographer that also works as a welder so I needed something that could hold up to the trades along with being useful for content creation and the gnar case is exactly that. Keeps dust out of the ports and off my phone while providing great protection all around in the harshest conditions. Being able to use the built in mount for pov footage or mounting as a monitor on my camera has also been a game changer. The gnar case is the perfect all around case for great protection while still feeling slim and not weighing down your pockets!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Currently typing this review with my phone equipped with the GNAR case. Really loving how it feels in my hands, the smooth back surface is nice and the protective borders allow for a nicer a reassuring grip.
The buttons are high quality and feel nice to the touch.
I dropped it already several times and I wasn’t worried once.
I feared the added bulk would be a detriment but after months of usage I got used to it.

The Best Phone Case for Wild People

I bought this thinking I would only use it for extreme situations where I want the charging port to be protected, like running in swamps and frolicking on hills in the ice and snow, but it is so light and unobtrusive that I often leave it on for way longer than I need to. I'd be perfectly happy if this were my only phone case, it is nothing like the monstro-tactical cases that provide similar levels of protection. This is a very well thought out and attractive piece of outdoor gear that protects my phone from the elements and from me, the most dangerous element.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great case, been using it with the lanyard. I’ve found this configuration to be surprisingly better for daily usage as well as for winter sports, concerts, on the move. Not having to fumble with a pocket is amazing.
A con is the clip doesn’t seem to be as secure to my other clip hardware. The old clip was very snug, this new one is definitely a looser fit. I have my doubts about the longevity of the rubber plug

I love this case for the level of protection and look. It’s really great. I don’t love the cover for the charging port - it’s a little hard to maneuver, but I recognize how much protection an cleanliness it offers.
I would recommend this to a friend!
