Easy to install unit and satellite. Solved problems with Spectrum wifi. Range is great. Trying Armour for one year. Seems like may provide a lot of protection.

Not so fast

The system was not as easy to set up as it indicates. One of the satellites refused to connect to the router, and I had to use Chat GPT to help fix the issue. Nothing on the Netgear site, nor in the materials, addressed the problem. I followed Chat GPT's instructions to the letter and finally, the satellite connected. The entire process took over 3 hours to complete, a far cry from 20 minutes.......

When experiencing trouble during installation and your satellite not connecting we recommend a few troubleshooting steps including power cycling your full network such as your modem and Orbi, when everything has come back online re-sync your Orbi Router and Satellite beginning in the same room and then move out to their intended destinations. The Perfect Solution

Netgear Orbi has so far been the perfect solution to my Wifi problem. The ATT Air modem/router - with 2 extenders - proved to be extremely limited. While the modem connection and speed was fine, the router function was unable to handle my wifi requirements, With multiple TVs, multiple Sonos speakers, multiple Ring security devices, plus cell phones and laptops, I had 23 wifi devices which the ATT Air could not handle - connections were continually lost. The Orbi router proved somewhat difficult to set up - took Geek squad techs 90 minutes to install. But once installed, I've had no loss of connections or problems. And with an advertised capability of managing up to 70 devices, I see no future issues. After 2 weeks, Orbi has proved itself to be well worth the investment.

This device was and upgrade of my old Orbi System and this new model increase my internet speed to the limit of my actual service because it was running low with the old one, easy to set up using the Orbi app.
I would recommend this to a friend!
