I’m far from a tech genius but this was very easy to set up in my home. It replaces an Asus mesh that was not nearly as intuitive as this one. We have no problem with connectivity throughout our 3800 sq ft home and even extending to our outdoor living areas.

Almost eliminated our buffering problems

We were having a terrible time with numerous and lengthy buffering with our TV. The Orbi 370 has almost eliminated the buffering. The few buffering incidents are really quick - 2-5 seconds.

I am not satisfied as I was expecting speeds to match or exceed my currant Fios speed of 340mbps Down Load and 360mbps Up Load. On my WiFi 6 Router. Instead I am only receiving sppeds of 126mbps Down Load and 118mbps Up Load.

Solid Upgrade

We had an older Orbi system that had worked well for many years but was starting to struggle to keep up with our family’s needs. Our new system is much faster with excellent coverage throughout the home now including a few spots that were not great with the older tech. Very happy with our upgrade!

First year model has bugs

The Router repeatedly went offline, never figure out the reason, but I need reliability, I didn't feel the quality and the Orbi Software did not perform as I would have expected. I am a long time Netgear user, and it won't cause a switch, I reinstalled my Nighthawk.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When experiencing an issue with the reliability or connectivity of your RBE372 we recommend a few troubleshooting steps including unplugging the Router from your Modem and performing a full power cycle of your modem and Orbi Router before reconnecting to the modem with an ethernet cable, ensuring your Router and Satellite are on the latest firmware v12.1.3.11 which includes enhancements for overall system stability and also resyncing the Router and Satellite in the same room and moving outwards to their intended location.
