I love the router and I love the app. One thing I would like to see would be the option to always list devices in alphabetical order. Right now they are sorted by connection status, then by alphabetical order. I do not like a device dropping out of alphabetical order when it goes off-line. This is completely counterintuitive to me. I always expect to see the device in alphabetical order whether it’s online or not. On a more positive note, you can easily block/unblock a device by simply clicking a button - really fantastic. Overall, a great product and a great app.
Have had the system up and running for two weeks now and all is going well. Set up was easy and wifi speeds are better than with the ISP wireless router. The App made setup easy and is easy to use.
Possibly returning. Cant get the satellite to stay connected upstairs. I work from home so i need reliable steady connection. This has great reviews online. Setup was easy and not hard at all.

Hi DianaT13,
Thank you for your review, we appreciate your feedback and we want you to know that your experience is important to us. We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing problems with your RBE372 and are considering returning it. When experiencing an issue with the Satellite connectivity to the router, we recommend a few troubleshooting steps including ensuring your Router and Satellite are on the latest firmware v12.1.3.11. After ensuring your Router and Satellite are on the latest firmware, re-sync your Orbi Router and Satellite beginning in the same room and moving out to their intended destination, and then performing a full power cycle of your Orbi WiFi network. Tried for hours to get this 370 to work. Its supposed to be it's own router and satellite but only way I can get it to work half the time is if I plug the ordi router into my original spectrum router which I was trying to replace. 100% would not recommend. Wish I never spent the money on this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Spark99,
Thank you for your review, we appreciate your feedback and we want you to know that your experience is important to us. We are sorry to hear that you are having a difficult experience with getting your RBE372 to work. When experiencing trouble with installing your new RBE372 we recommend a few troubleshooting steps including disconnecting your Orbi router from your modem and then power cycling both your modem as well as Orbi WiFi System. After the systems have both come back online, re-connect your Orbi router to your modem. If your Spectrum modem also acts as a router, you'll need to put your Spectrum modem/router into "bridge mode" or "pass-through mode". Time to get a mesh network, been using ISP provided router(which sucks). Install was very easy, and connected satellite as an WAP simple. Speeds and coverage extended tremendously with satellite in separate garage 100ft. From house. I would have given 5 stars (IF) per directions, using same network name and password would have reconnected all wireless devices. It did not, I had to reconnect every wireless device updating network and password. Annoying that my security cameras had to be uninstalled, and reinstalled in there respective system, but that is there manufacturers issue. I had to, once connected, go to ORBI online and search to change SSID to connect some devices that only work on 2.4g. Found this pretty quickly, and no problem changing settings. I do like the router interface compared to what I had previously. Thinking on getting the wall mount brackets, maybe Netgear could start providing bundles to include them with the units. Only thing I would have preferred is to have additional ports at each unit, but I know what I got, and the price point. The older Orbi's had 4 ports on the router. I did have to connect a network switch from the router base. It has 2.5ghz throughput on each port, not 1ghz, which increases speeds tremendously on my wired devices also. For the cost, 4 stars everyday.
I recently switched from a Night Hawk AC1900 to an Orbit 370 system. Best decision made. I have a 1950 sq ft house that had WiFi dead spots and slow speeds. Know I don’t have those issues with Orbit Mesh 372 . Pack of two. No dead spot and speed improved from 150 mbps to 850 mbps approximately. with the same service of 1 gig mbps from my ISP. My Orbit is paired with a Surf Board SB8200 modem. I regularly have 20 devices enrolled at one. Definitely I recommend the ORBIT 370 series mesh system.
