Easy setup and it works

Needed to update an older model and the Orbi just works. The hardware is small, attractive, and clearly labeled. The setup app was easy to follow without the needless tech details to get started. System went from the box to up and running in about 20 minutes.

Wifi 7 broken

The units are fairly easy to setup but there are major annoyances during setup.
You cannot skip past certain setup points on the app and it makes you wait from 3 to 5 minutes depending on what part of the setup you are at.
All my wifi7 devices (5 of them) had issues with lag, packet loss and speed. Yet my wifi 6 devices worked perfect.
Support is abysmal. It took 30 minutes just to answer 4 questions (which two were redundant) because the remote support person took their time, I mean they took their time. It's sad that Netgear feels it is ok to have subpar support like this.
I figured out the issue myself during this *pulling teeth* support session and FWIW, the support person should have figured it out almost immediately.
Wait until Netgear fixes their wifi 7 before buying these units.

Easy upgrade

I work in IT, so upgrading my home router is fairly simple for me. I replaced an older Netgear Orbi system, so already had the app installed. I chose to use the web page for setup, and as long as I remembered to release/renew my DHCP address at the appropriate times the installation was flawless. My speed test literally doubled with the new hardware. Very happy so far!

Fast speed good value

Initial setup run into issue satellite failing to pair to the router, even though the satellite and my phone right next to each other, and my phone already has connectivity to the router.
I don't think I had this issue with my old Orbi RBR20.
Also Orbi 370 should default to WPA2/WPA3, not WPA2 only, which prevents Wifi 7 connection.

Orbi 370 works!

I had a Nighthawk router for quite awhile and needed a new router. I knew people that had Orbis and were happy with them. I don’t know much about routers and saw this one. I compared it to other models and it appeared to be a match to my needs. Setup was relatively easy. So far it is working great and filling in the spots that were not getting service. It wasn’t very expensive. I’m happy with the product and will continue to use Netgear for my internet needs.
