Excellent router

I am currently only using one of the extenders for my main router, which is working extremely well. Plan on using the second one in the near future.

Orbi 370 WiFi 7 Mesh 2 Pack

I had a Netgear Nighthawk that was no longer covered by updated. I asked my sons and they recommended a Netgear mesh unit. Easy to set up and immensely improved my speeds and coverage.

Good set up, bad satellite performance

After an easy install, and proper speeds via router and satellite, my satellite speeds have decreased by 50% and I have no clue why. Debating returning.

We recommend a few troubleshooting steps including ensuring your RBE372 Router and Satellite both are on the latest firmware v12.1.3.11, as well as re-syncing your router and satellite beginning in the same room and then moving out to their intended destination. Orbi 370 works!

I had a Nighthawk router for quite awhile and needed a new router. I knew people that had Orbis and were happy with them. I don’t know much about routers and saw this one. I compared it to other models and it appeared to be a match to my needs. Setup was relatively easy. So far it is working great and filling in the spots that were not getting service. It wasn’t very expensive. I’m happy with the product and will continue to use Netgear for my internet needs.

Initial setup run into issue satellite failing to pair to the router, even though the satellite and my phone right next to each other, and my phone already has connectivity to the router.
I don't think I had this issue with my old Orbi RBR20.
Also Orbi 370 should default to WPA2/WPA3, not WPA2 only, which prevents Wifi 7 connection.

I work in IT, so upgrading my home router is fairly simple for me. I replaced an older Netgear Orbi system, so already had the app installed. I chose to use the web page for setup, and as long as I remembered to release/renew my DHCP address at the appropriate times the installation was flawless. My speed test literally doubled with the new hardware. Very happy so far!
