Set up was easy. Works really well. Signal is very strong. I have a garage door opener that i had a hard time with getting wifi (distance). No isuue now. Speeds are now as fast as my provider 1G up and down Speeds.

Tried for hours to get this 370 to work. Its supposed to be it's own router and satellite but only way I can get it to work half the time is if I plug the ordi router into my original spectrum router which I was trying to replace. 100% would not recommend. Wish I never spent the money on this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear that you are having a difficult experience with getting your RBE372 to work. When experiencing trouble with installing your new RBE372 we recommend a few troubleshooting steps including disconnecting your Orbi router from your modem and then power cycling both your modem as well as Orbi WiFi System. After the systems have both come back online, re-connect your Orbi router to your modem. If your Spectrum modem also acts as a router, you'll need to put your Spectrum modem/router into "bridge mode" or "pass-through mode". Love the router

I love the router and I love the app. One thing I would like to see would be the option to always list devices in alphabetical order. Right now they are sorted by connection status, then by alphabetical order. I do not like a device dropping out of alphabetical order when it goes off-line. This is completely counterintuitive to me. I always expect to see the device in alphabetical order whether it’s online or not. On a more positive note, you can easily block/unblock a device by simply clicking a button - really fantastic. Overall, a great product and a great app.

Good set up, bad satellite performance

After an easy install, and proper speeds via router and satellite, my satellite speeds have decreased by 50% and I have no clue why. Debating returning.

We recommend a few troubleshooting steps including ensuring your RBE372 Router and Satellite both are on the latest firmware v12.1.3.11, as well as re-syncing your router and satellite beginning in the same room and then moving out to their intended destination. I Like My New Orbi 370 2-Pack

I was quite glad I had purchased the Orbi 370 with 1 satellite when I was to set it up and it worked flawlessly to provide a replacement for my old Orbi RBR750 router and two RBS750 satellites. The interesting thing is the Orbi 370 Router connected with the two RBS750 satellites since I had not shut them down when I set up the Orbi 370 Router. Now I have three satellites connected to my Orbi 370 Router! Thanks Netgear!

Orbi still the best & most end user friendly mesh router out there. The 370 was easy to install, hooked up quickly and needs only 1 satellite to cover 4k sq ft. Choice of wifi (5 or 2.5 ioT) helps to cover cameras placed at all corners of property. My only complaints, no step by step for this model (I stumbled on the ioT option after some things would not connect initially) and Netgear site still a mess. Thankfully this is our 3rd Orbi system upgrade in 7yrs so I had some experience with 5 vs 2.5).
