my old net gear was going out of stock so to me thats totally un safe, Net Gear sent an email about it, with a coupon 20 percent off i went onto the web site and chose this one nighthawk, super happy with it and it was less money for more square feet, thats a win had somewhat of a hard time so i called the number they give you and tech walked me through it, after a few days, i noticed my printer wasnt working, did not recognize my ip address, had a really hard time, i called them waited on hold for 10 minutes and was disconnected which peed me off, i then called my printer manufacture got it fixed....so check your printers before you hang up

It's still early but: Installation was easy, the app is responsive and informative, and the Nighthawk has been working perfectly. A bonus is that our big screen, 4k, Sony TV is connected via WiFi!
So far, so good. Time will tell however how great the Nighthawk is compared to our old time tested Orbi.

Setup was a breeze and when it was completed, I was able to customize my settings easily. Hopefully this router lasts a long time...

This Wifi router speed takes advantage of my ISP plan to the max (400Mbps). I have a simple house hold so it fit my needs perfectly...so far anyway. Install was easy using the Nighthawk app. I'm not liking that the 30 day free trial for Netgears Armor Active security gets activated without my approval. Just another thing I'll have to take action on in the future.
