Awesome upgrade Router

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed the RS100 to replace an older Netgear Router and Extender. This new unit is much faster and seems to have at least the range or more of our previous 2 unit system. Super easy to setup. I really like Netgear Routers!

Nighthawk RS100 dual band WiFi 7

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This router is compact and quite the little power house. WiFi reaches every room in the house and no problem running my outdoor cameras. I was able to set up exactly what I needed through admin panel online access. As well as, it is compatible with my internet service providers modem. Outstanding product I haven’t been this happy with a router in years. Thank you Netgear!

Great upgrade and good fit!

I got the new Netgear Nighthawk RS100 Dual-Band Wi-Fi7 router, and was truly pleased with how easy it was to setup through the app.
I actually have it set up in the center of my house downstairs and it has no problem accessing the entire home and it's not an open air designed home ie lots of walls and doors.
What I really like is the new style as it takes up much less space as it stands up next to my modem and my phone base fits in perfect next to it.
Even better will be when I get the LessEMF WiFi Signal Tamer bag to put it inside of which will obviously lessen the EMFs but also reduce the signal view to my surrounding neighbors.
Knowing tech items have a limited life cycle in our ever changing world is key in buying at the early end of distribution as we all know support ends on all items.

I hooked up the Router and it worked on my phone, desktop computer (direct line) and Alexa. But my two tv's and laptop wouldn't recognize the network password. So, I put the old one back on so my wife could watch TV. She is off to her sister's now, so I'll try again. We'll see.

Screaming speed

I had a little difficulty with the install but I called the service phone number and I was up and running and under 15 minutes. I have a 1 gig internet plan and I'm getting that and more the Wi-Fi coverage is everything I expected and more.
