Better Than Expected

I needed a router for more than just internet speed. The RS 100 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 7 Router was purchased to operate a 3D Holographic fan system via Wi-Fi. Internet is not needed, but fast Wi-Fi communication to 21 spinning fans was. The ability to easily rename the router and give it a new passcode via the phone app was essential. It works amazingly well.

My old NETGEAR N750 stopped working. A call to support services confirmed a hardware issue and a RS100 was suggested as a replacement. A generous discount was offered, and a new unit arrived promptly. Installation was straightforward using directions on the NETGEAR web page, even for this old low tech guy. I even reused my login and password. Range is better than the old one and I discontinued using my extender.. overall it was a seamless process, and we even survived two days without WiFi.
