Stuck in Setup Loop

Started and then went through the setup process over 10 times. Not exaggerating. When it worked it did great, but back to the setup loop attempting to add extension units... Completely replaced the unit and bought an identical one... After two more attempts return to them both.

We have only had Netgear products ever since we obtained internet years ago. Netgear has served us and our family as a solid product for all the different router’s we upgraded to. This new mesh system has helped us with all our needs. The coverage is outstanding and as always simple setup and no problems.. We love it for many reasons but most of all we don’t have anymore dropped calls or the range is great. We have to depend on our router because we have no cell service here in the mountains of north east ga… one word… Netgear means reliability!!!!

easy to setup

the app does it all for you, for basic setup...great product
3 sepatate networks, one for personal/family use, one for 2.4 devices, and one for guests that can have separate passwords Wold prefer the extenders be mounted to electrical outlet - plug in cord to desk top unit. Works great with good coverage.
This mesh router eliminates the dead Wifi spots in my house. It is also faster than the NightHawk router that it replaced. I have had it for a few weeks and so far so good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was running an older Orbi RBR850 system with one satellite and it covered my house pretty well, but was a bit weak in the basement. As I have a wired house I purchased the 3 pack of the Orbi 370 system for a dedicated node in the basement. Hooked everything up (with wired backhaul) and all seemed pretty good until I noticed wifi signal strength and speed. At only a few feet away I've already dropped 50% of my max throughput. Also, my bedroom which is about 40 feet of open house away from the router has no signal....zero...nada...zip. With my older RBR850 system I had a solid signal in the bedroom. Unless you can use wired backhaul and be VERY VERY close to router/satellites stay away from this system. The wifi power and distance drop off makes it unusable. I will be returning it and going to a different vendor...probably TP-Link
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
