I got this because I was having speed and connection problems with my old router. I'm still having problems, but the problems have changed. I had to call support to change the internal settings on the router to get it to work reliably. They were very helpful and did an excellent job. I had to wire one of the satellites to my computer to reliably connect Diablo. When it's connected it works great. Every so often the Lan connection icon disappears and either the wireless icon appears, and it won't connect, or the no internet icon appears. To get the Lan icon back requires a restart. I had thought the connection problems were with my ISP, now I'm not so sure. Just did it again while I was typing this. Very annoying.

The system was very easy to set up. No extra adapters were needed while using it with Starlink. Super easy set up. Just attached it to the modem and followed the prompts on my phone. An additional satellite extender was bought separately online and was easily connected as well. So far, after one month, all is working well with no downtime. Could not be happier.
I bought this to replace my nearly 10 year old Orbi RBR10, & dreaded going through another intitial setup for our home network, which includes around 15 devices. I imagined spending hours resolving security glitches to get all our devices on the Allowed list. I was pleasantly surprised that after giving the new network the same name & password as the old one, the setup was seamless. A few devices had to be re-authorized, but it only took a few minutes with the router software. It also helped that this router uses the same software so I didn’t have to familiarize myself with a new interface.
I would not recommend the product. I have had several devices lose connection to the router after I set up the network. I never had that problem with the old router.

Gives a nice clear signal across the house, and on to the patio. If you already have an older Orbi system and you are upgrading, make sure to disconnect the old Orbi, I also reboot before installing the new Orbi. But it was worth every penny.
