[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this three weeks ago. ever since using it makes a banging and popping noise coming from the gas valve when I called whirlpool to complain and have a service tech come out and check on it, They told me that’s normal and if they send somebody out they will charge me for it. This is unheard of. I’ve had numerous ranges in the past and nothing has made these noises before I’m a little leery of using it, but I’ll give it a shot and if anything happens, it’ll be a whirlpools back, not mine. FYI , I’m an hvac tech who deals with gas valves all the time. THIS IS NOT NORMAL.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and I hate it. The oven temperature goes up and down. I can't calculate how long anything is going to take. It fluctuates so much. What a lousy oven. All that money and I got junk. Can't anyone build a stove that works right??? Don't get a whirlpool. Do yourself a favor and get a different brand. Now I have to guess when something is done!!!

While KitchenAid ovens are factory-accurate, variations in cooking results may require temperature calibration. If your baked goods are consistently underdone/overdone, or an external thermometer confirms a discrepancy, you can adjust the oven temperature.
Essential Context:
Only calibrate if consistently necessary, confirmed by a quality external thermometer after a 20-minute preheat. Adjustment is typically limited to ±30°F (±18°C). The method depends on your model's control panel. Try the following methods until one initiates calibration mode: Calibration Methods:
1. Control Panel Menu (Advanced Displays):
Press Settings, Options, or Tools.
Navigate to Temperature/Oven Calibration and select.
Use controls (arrows/dial) to adjust temperature (e.g., +10°F if too cold, -10°F if too hot). Range is ±30°F.
Press START to save, Cancel to exit.
2. Temp/Time Arrow Keypad (Common Digital Controls):
Press and hold the Temp/Time down arrow for ~5 seconds.
