Sadly, was not a happy ever after process ☹️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sadly this range came unnoticed by me with a severed gas line on the left back burner. These was not seen from outside inspection when it arrived November 8th, 2025. When my Suburban Propane professional came to convert said range from natural gas to propane gas, left back burner would not lite. He then noticed the burner was not attached to the gas line. He therefore stopped the process and RED TAGGED the range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] are you aware of the fact that if one turns the knob past the ignition spot that the stove lets gas out with out igniting the top burners? very dangerous if there are very young children or old people that aren't paying attention.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased this stove it is excellent 👍 I've never had any new appliances before so I was a bit unsure of the chemical smell while using the oven but after a few uses I guess it burns off. But it's a five star for sure!

Love the air fryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove is in a vacation house. I had it installed because I have propane and it had to be switched over. The installer said it was quite complicated, after they left I had to adjust the flame on the burners. I haven't used the oven yet so I have to find out if there's a way to adjust that if necessary. The stove looks great I'm glad it has a drawer in the bottom for pan lids. The top seems to cook wonderfully though it is somewhat difficult to clean due to the way that it's set up on the top but I brought that style because that's what I wanted. I'll be back in the spring to use it more often.

New stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oven works well. Temperatures seem to be off so i need to adjust . Stove when down low is still high for simmering. Tried to turn it down ,but wish it went lower. Tried air fryer/baker feature and didn't seem to make much difference.
I would recommend this to a friend!
