[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this brand new stove for exactly 2 weeks and I'm getting ready to place my second service call on a brand new stove. on the first instance hinges were bad in the stove just letting heat out instead of keeping it in the oven. now I have tried to use my oven again and the fan does not function I think there's still something wrong with the door or else they didn't put it on right and the switch that has the fan operating isn't getting contact . Pretty sad on a brand new stove.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your insights with us. We value your time and would like to look into the concerns with your Gas Range. Please see the following for some troubleshooting tips 1. Installation Verification If the cooktop was recently installed and the flames are too high or yellow, verify the installation. Cooktops are traditionally set to natural gas from the factory. If the cooktop was converted for LP (propane) gas, but is connected to natural gas, the higher LP pressure setting will result in tall, yellow flames. 2. Burner Port Clogs Clean clogged burner ports using a straight pin, needle, or small gauge wire. Do not use a wooden toothpick (it can break off) or clean ports in the dishwasher. Do not enlarge or distort the port size. 3. Burner Cap and Base Positioning Ensure the burner cap is properly seated on the burner base for correct lighting and performance. Verify the correct cap is on the correct base (there may be a matching mark on the cap and base). The cap should fit flush and have minimal movement. Always keep the burner cap in place during use. A clean burner cap (especially the bottom) helps prevent poor ignition and uneven flames; clean it routinely and after any spillover. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this range. So wonderful to go back to gas and get away from elec. The only thing I would say negative is I wish the “low” setting on the burners went lower. Still seems kind of high and can’t get it low enough to take food to a simmer. Other than that it’s a great range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my oven for the first time to bake a coffee cake and it cooked evenly and exactly to my specifications for the time frame I selected (40 mins). The pre-heat time worked quickly as well. I look forward to baking more items.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this new stove delivered about a month ago. We converted it to Propane for our use. It seems to be working nicely but have discovered the way the top grates are designed is not efficient at all. I understand the reasoning behind why it is the way it is but you have to remove the middle section before either side can be removed. That seems to be a flaw in my opinion. The middle burner does not sit tightly in place and is wobbly. The whole piece is connected, unlike the other burners which are separate. You also have to be very careful with smaller pans lining up on the cross grates. They dont seem secure.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was sold to me as an air cooking range but did NOT include an air frying basket. OH, you have to buy those separately online..........again, taking advantage of an old (80) person.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had a few months to cook on my new range and I love it! I had to adjust the burners, but once I did that, it’s perfect! The extra burner is such a help to keep things warm and the oven is spacious. Love, love, love it!
