working well overall. Functions bit hard to sort out. Moving it was not well explained. No video to watch, printed brochure with tiny single picture was not helpful. When called 800#, suggestion was to disassemble treadmill to decrease weight! I suggest stating proper angle range to lift the treadmill to easily roll it (I was not sure, thus was lifting only a few degrees, it needs around 30%).

The app itself doesn't work, it just keeps loading so all I can do is run/walk on treadmill and manually keep track of my progress

Initial Struggles with Treadmill

Sand bag for precipitation opened under belt while in transit and caused a lot of initial issues loosening belt to vacuum sand, tightening belt again, then recalibrating treadmill so belt didn’t shift right or left. Called horizon support, they provided minimal help and actively worked to try and convince me not to call someone out to help when I was struggling with calibration.

Delivery and assembly.

Delivery was spot on time.I assembled unit all by myself 45 minutes only neede help holding left and right handles in place . If you lose your lead wire fishing it thru time a half inch nut on one end and drop it thru.

What i needed in my life a long time ago lol

Loving it especially when i come home from working 10-12 hour shifts! saves alot of time vs driving to the gym and/or driving to another neighborhood to go run outside (i don't live in a safe neighborhood). Also great for cold or rainy weather and i'm definitely not a fan of cold weather lol.

Good treadmill and a good price

Overall I am very pleased with the treadmill. It is sturdy and provides good options for exercise. I also think it is good value for the price. We paid for bringing it to the room we wanted to use and having it assembled. That was a good decision.
Only cons, and they are not a big deal is that the heart rate monitor really doesn't work. But this could happen on treadmills at our gym, which we use to use pre-Covid. I also wish there was a cool down button on that was part of programs, but again, this is not a bid dea.
