Love the treadmill

Great treadmill. Don’t bother with the Bluetooth, works great without it and it’ll save you a lot of time trying to get the never connecting Bluetooth to work. Heart monitor always tells me ‘80’ when my Apple Watch reports my heart rate correctly. But this treadmill has a rock solid motor. Very responsive and that’s what I was looking for.

The Good & The Bad

The good news is that structurally this treadmill is very well built. It’s very solid and heavy-duty. The only weakness we’ve run into are the electronics.
The heart monitor works sporadically at best. It doesn’t seem to matter whether you’re in your cool down or whether you’re in the middle of your workout and have gotten your heart rate up, the reading is nearly always 80 beats per minute.
The other glitch I’ve noticed was when I used one of the built-in programs to run a specific distance. The treadmill stopped moving about 3/4 through my run, stating that my run was complete. I thought maybe it meant to slow down in order to start a cool down rather than stop completely so I ran it again and it again stopped after about 3/4 of the run stating that the run was complete. That doesn’t seem right to me. I now run the treadmill manually rather than using one of the programs offered on the treadmill.

Worth it.

Great powerful treadmill. Easy to switch between speeds.
Only bad thing is that after selecting and completing a 20 min. workout. You can't continue, if you were feeling to give that extra. You have to go to the same initial workout selection.

The control panels is needlessly HUGE and bulky

If there was a cost effective way to return this treadmill I would. The control panel is huge. Aprox 34" wide and 26" tall. Plus the treadmill sits higher off the ground than my old one. It overwhelms my room. I feel like I have an airplane in my gym. My gym is in our finished basement with only 83" ceilings. When I get the incline up to 15% there is only 72" of head space so I feel really close to the ceiling. Luckily I am 5'6" a tall person would have a problem.
On a good note, it is much quieter than my old one. I can watch TV and walk without having to crank the TV volume too high. It has a nice smooth feel and is not stiff/hard. The controls operate smoothly. While it does fold up it really does not help us. Maybe if our gym was laid out differently. Folding it up just puts it vertical. There are no wheels to make it easy to rotate. and hide in the corner. In terms of features and quality it is well worth the price. I just wish it was smaller.
We paid the fee to have it brought into the house which was wise. The box is huge and weighs a ton. (250lbs'ish) We would have had to break it down outside because there would be no way for us 2 ladies to move that box I talked my daughter into assembling it. Surprisingly I think everything fit right the 1st time. There was no disassembling to fix a mistake. I was her 2nd set of hands and I was needed to get the vertical supports in place. Getting the 'L" "R" stickers off was nearly impossible, tried heat and goo-gone. We did it in a few hours after dinner.
We use it for walking and light running to help us stay in shape. My previous treadmill was 15+ years old, good quality and I loved it, but a surge fried the electronics.
The features I wanted: quiet, push button incline, smooth belt and comfortable surface. I did not care about Bluetooth and app integration (maybe down the line). I have not tried out those features yet.

I love my 7.0 AT Treadmill! It is quiet and the frame is sturdy. The controls make it easy to change speed and incline. I could run on this treadmill all day. Great buy!
