Smooth running treadmill. I mostly use it for walking, but run occasionally on it. Very happy with it.

Unit came broken as the main electrical cord was not plugged in - had to take off the side panels to get to it - and it is too short to use the incline or fold up the unit. I contact your help email with no response. I need a new connection.

I love it. Feels like I'm at a gym. Solid with every step. The bluetooth speakers are great too. The fan could be a bit stronger but it seems to give just enough. Maybe a fan with speed settings?
Would really appreciate it if you could make a video on how to properly lubricate the treadmill. And the lubrication bottles are VERY DIFFICULT to squeeze. Maybe a softer plastic? Or maybe an easier way to dispense the lubrication? It's hard to get under the belt and angle it enough. Maybe a syringe style dispenser?
Overall, It's a real treat to walk at my own pace without having to watch out for traffic or what I'm stepping on. This treadmill gives me confidence with every step. Best investment since my organic bed. After all my research, I'm glad I went with Horizon

Overall it functions well. I have owned it a month now and used it about every day. Speed and angle transitions are very smooth (and I'm a big guy)
More than enough horse power to get the job done and fast enough for my cross country running daughter to get a good workout.

Cons:
The Bluetooth is really difficult to connect to, or at least it was for me.I still haven't been able to get it. For music I just use the cord.
I can't get the pulse reader to grab a reading for more than 5 seconds, then it goes off somewhere else. (no way my pulse is 80 when I'm walking 3mph)
I have a different method of getting a pulse reading but it would be great if it worked as it should.

Greatful for the zwift app!

I selected this model because of the wheel controls and because it was marketed as having a companion app. However, I could never get the companion app to work. Fortunately, it does connect beautifully with the zwift app. I ended up buying a separate heart rate monitor since the hand sensors on the machine are only accurate when standing still and I really want to track my heart rate while actually using the treadmill.

Treadmill is great

The equipment itself is great, and I’m really satisfied with my workouts and the quality of the machine. The only downfall is that it doesn’t integrate with your phone the way they say it does. However, I’m still happy with the purchase.

Quality Treadmill at a great price

So far so good. Straight forward and easy assembly if you follow instructions. Quality treadmill at a great price. I live in a mountainous area and use this treadmill for most of my interval(speed) workouts. The motor responds quickly making the workouts very effective.
