The belt came in torn. We reached out to support and we’re supposed to be sent a new belt months ago. You can’t get ahold on anybody.

Within 2 weeks the controller

Within 2 weeks the controller card broke. Had warranty replacement, but had to wait 3 weeks for it to be repaired

Very good treadmill

Love the treadmill. Use it practically every day. Downside is that the recommended app thats supposed to record my results doesn't work so no way to extract my stats history.

Very nice machine. My wife and I are getting a lot of mileage on it. The instructions were clear and concise, easy to assemble. We did it in about an hour. I would recommend it to anyone. Just need a different freight forwarder Estes is terrible.

Functions as advertised

Very well built, easy to assemble, and functions as advertised. The only minor change or upgrade that I would like is the ability to alter the direction of fan. Other than that it is hard to find fault with this treadmill. It provides the extra cardio I need to go along with weightlifting and TRX.

Best Treadmill!

I love this treadmill! Everything about the process - buying, having it delivered, puting it together, and using it - has been great! It was easy to put together, I did it by myself (my daughter held a couple of things in place while I connected them). I have had it for a couple of months, and have been enjoying the My First 5k program. I do have to center the belt almost every use, but that was the case with our old treadmill. This treadmill is so smooth and quiet, it's wonderful! I recommend Horizon to everyone who needs exercise equipment!
