The treatmill belt keeps shifting since we received the treadmill...cannot run on this...cannot figure this out...the operation manual isn't helping. Also, the left speaking doesn't work.

Received the treadmill just over

Received the treadmill just over a month now. Has been great, setup and assembky was straightforward. My biggest concern is the tread itself tends to wonder and has to be adjusted rather frequently, at least twice a week. The biggest disappointment is the app they promote, it flat out does not work. Besides the app, the treadmill has been great, solid in its construction, easy to use. Would have like to see a cool down phase after a work out, but not a big deal.

I've had it for about two weeks, so far it's been great. The speakers are indeed a bit quiet but that's only because I love my music extra loud. It runs smoothly, easy assembly, and affordable. I'm in love with i t.

Great at home treadmill

Nice & easy delivery, even during these crazy times - setup was quick (about 30 min). I prefer treadmills than outdoors for joint health, and the 4.0s cushion/protection belt is perfect. Very smooth run.
