l am starting my fitness journey...again...We are currently living in abnormal times (Covid19) but l really believe this is one of the best purchases l've made. I searched around for a treadmill and ended up with this one because the price was right and the quality is great. My hisband and l are currently using it so definetly worth it.
One of the major reasons I selected this treadmill was because of the integrated app. In a nutshell: it sucks. A lot of the menus don't even show up correctly (try adding your age or changing your personal details), and it's incredibly glitchy! For an app that's positioned as a key feature of this treadmill, it's HORRIBLE. I linked to MyFitnessPal so I wouldn't have to sync my workout manually, and when I finished my workout the app shows NO HISTORY and nothing uploaded. I'm pretty disappointed.
The build and craftmanship is great for its price. Has decent features. My main complaint is the belt. When it was delivered the belt needed adjustment and tighten. I have done this a number of times and it could never be adjusted straight and tighten in the same time. My belt is slightly off to the left and not as tight as it would like. Would like some on-sight supporton this I have spent more hours expected to correct this which it still hasnt.
I bought this treadmill online. I was pleasantly surprised by the solid construction and great quality. It is exactly what I was looking for in my home quarantine gym.
So I assembled my treadmill which was very simple to do instructions straight forward once assembled tried treadmill out to my disappointment some speed button for incline not working, buttons < > to raise incline not working < > buttons for lowering speed not working handle bars set in the middle of treadmill buttons on top not working I did purchase insurance package and I knew I was going to have issues but in the future called customer service and person was nice apologetic but with the whole covid situation having my treadmill service at home at this moment is scary I live in Texas and covid cases are increasing just upsetting that treadmill is not working completely

It is too hard to assemble It is too heavy to move Online tutorial does not correspond with our treadmill model
You should offer an assembled unit Or, you should not make it seem to simple to assemble These days, when seniors live longer, you need to make it clear (we are over 75 years old), without falling into age related prejudice, and not as a warning but as a friendly advice, that it would be recommended for us to get a unit already assembled.
As a precautionary measure in this Covid19 virus pandemic, we cannot let any technician inside our house. Therefore, the largest treadmill part is in the way on our family room. We have to be careful walking around it to avoid tripping.
We just received the treadmill and so far it by itself is impressive. Much more like a gym treadmill than a home treadmill. Solid construction and big. Still it was easy to put together. If you’re looking for a good treadmill, so far this seems an excellent choice.
The app though is just terrible. I’ve tried it on four different devices and it works well on none of them. There are multiple glitches on iOS version and while I got the Android version to sort of work, it still has many problems. The biggest being this is supposed to sync to UA/Fitbit apps and that doesn’t remotely work on any version.
Bottom line if you want a good/solid treadmill then this is perfect. If you want app integration then this isn’t the best product for you.
